Sometimes people have to pay a fine after a court verdict. This money helps us, the association dieKunstBauStelle e.V. <\/em>, to support good projects and to let the fines benefit others in a social way. Children and young people in particular benefit from this, as it enables us to finance our projects and implement more projects.<\/p>\n

We hope that in this way we can contribute to making amends.<\/p>\n

We meet the requirements for the allocation of fines and have been included in the list of non-profit institutions in the supra-regional list by the Higher Regional Court of Munich since 14.8.2019.<\/p>\n

The prerequisite are <\/p>\n

  • Nonprofit:<\/strong>
    \nThe association dieKunstBauStelle e.V.<\/em> is recognized as a non-profit organization, most recently with a notice of exemption dated March 7, 2019.<\/li>\n
  • Use of Funds:<\/strong>
    \nThe association dieKunstBauStelle e.V.<\/em> always uses monetary awards only for the purpose intended in the statutes.<\/li>\n
  • Message about payments:<\/strong>
    \nThe association dieKunstBauStelle e.V.<\/em> will immediately send a confirmation of the received payment.<\/li>\n
  • Separate transparent account management:<\/strong>
    \nThe association dieKunstBauStelle e.V.<\/em> has an account that is used exclusively for the use of monetary payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In January of each year, the higher regional courts receive notification of the payments we received from fines in the previous year. The association dieKunstBauStelle e.V.<\/em> is registered in the lists of the Higher Regional Court of Munich: as a non-profit organization that is allowed to receive such payments.<\/p>\n

    However, we are not able to issue a donation receipt for the fine paid. This is only possible with donations. This is because the voluntary nature of the payment plays a major role here.<\/p>\n
