Fines and financial obligations
Sometimes people have to pay a fine after a court ruling. This money helps us, the association dieKunstBauStelle e.V., to support good projects and to let the money requirements benefit others in a social way. Children and young people in particular benefit from this as we can use it to finance our projects and implement more projects.
We hope that this will help to make amends.
We meet the requirements for the allocation of money requirements and have been included in the list of non-profit institutions in the supraregional list by the Munich Higher Regional Court since 14.8.2019.
- Non-profit status:
The association dieKunstBauStelle e.V. is recognised as a non-profit organisation, most recently with a notice of exemption dated 7.3.2019
- Use of funds:
The association dieKunstBauStelle e.V. always uses money requirements only for the purpose provided for in the statutes.
- Message about payments:
The association dieKunstBauStelle e.V. will immediately send a confirmation of the received payment.
- Separate transparent account management:
The association dieKunstBauStelle e.V. has an account which is used exclusively for the use of money requirements.
The Higher Regional Courts receive a notification each year as to which payments we have received from money obligations. The association dieKunstBauStelle e.V. is registered in the lists of the Higher Regional Courts Muinch: as a non-profit organisation which may receive such payments.
However, we are unable to issue a receipt for the amount paid. That’s only possible with donations. The voluntary nature of the payment plays a major role here.
